Hello!?!? I can attest to this one. When I was addicted to sugar, it was easy for me to justify it since I didn't gain lots of weight from it. It was easy for me to justify it when I declared "I'm addicted to sugar" & someone else smilingly declared, "Haha, I'm addicted to chocolate." This... ladies and gentlemen is 1 of many examples of how your toxic habit become an accepted daily habit.
2. Settling in eating patterns that used to work, but no longer does
I can't tell you how many times a client has said, "I ate this way at 30 and I was happy, but its not working at 50."
ALL of your bodily functions slow down drastically from the time you hit 30 and every decade thereafter. This is why it's best to detox & use supplementation as you get older.
