I found out about the different faces many years ago by accident.
FUN FACT: I have more before/after pics in my phone than pics of myself & family combined! Put it this way:I have to comb past hundreds (if not thousands) of other folks' front, side & facial shots to get to a few of mine sprinkled throughout.
As I studied the physical changes of adults & teens, I noticed the body wasn't the only thing that transformed in their wellness journey. Their FACE changed in dramatic ways. It became more youthful, radiant, dewy & so stinkin' pretty.
I therefore have come to the conclusion that sugar makes you UGLY. Alcohol makes you UGLY. Dairy makes you UGLY. Hormone imbalances make you UGLY. Actually, Obesity makes you ugly bcs your face is hijacked. People don't even see your face. They just see a covering…a shield…a façade….Oh this is mic drop material!!!
When I tell you to eliminate or limit that crap to 3X/month MAX….I'm not pulling that out of my butt. I am trying to help you understand that what we consume SHOWS up on our faces. I can go deeper & tell how pain, sadness, depression & resentment shows up on your face too, but let's stay on topic shall we?!?!?!
Ok I am from the Show-me-State originally, so I promise you I can always back up everything I say. I didn't get permission to show a close-up of a previous or current client before I started writing this newsletter, so I will show a pic of my niece. She spent the Summer with me a few years ago & I documented her physical & facial changes.
She is a teen that spent all of her life consuming cows milk multiple times per week. I knew she had ‘Dairy Face’ & that it would subside within a week or 2 being dairy-free.
