I've been studying personality types as it relates to wellness for a long time. I will also share that this is the hardest thing I've had to teach other trainer's who's worked for us. Mainly because I would notice many trainers connecting with clients' who matched their own personality type. *Funnily enough, cheetah clients are attracted to me.(I believe about 70% of my clients are cheetahs) I used to think,"I'm working with people COMPLETELY opposite of me." However now I know what their butts need. They do respect my directness and are not easily offended.
