But let's dig deeper. What caused you to have a low self-image in that area in the 1st place?
-LIMITING BELIEFS-
Most of us picked up those limiting beliefs when we between ages 0-9. They came from our parents, teachers, family, friends, media, community & anyone else who influenced us in those formative years. Many of those people or experiences caused you to have self-doubt, whether knowingly or not. If you have done nothing since that programming to change it yourself, your beliefs & identity is still tied to the programming.

Otherwise, here is the BIGGEST 1st step you can take to know what's causing your self-sabotage:
Step 1: Write down an area of your life where you can't seem to get ahead (ie. Health, Career, Relationships)
Step 2: Write down 3 beliefs you have about that area that you picked up from childhood (ie. Everyone in our family gets sick with ______, love doesn't last....)
Step 3: Write down at least 1 piece of PROOF of success in that area from you or someone else (ie. It is not a LAW that everyone in our family dies of Cancer. My great-grandmother lived to be 98 & died peacefully in her sleep).
This will help you to reverse those limiting beliefs (lies) & create new laws for yourself that serve instead of sabotage you.
Remember: If your identity is based on action, image or others (external stuff), you will be controlled by others & miserable. You have the power to anchor your identity on your divine design (internal) & live a supercharged life!
